We DO NOT offer refunds as standard. All of our personalised products are made to order (with personal initials/ names) therefore we cannot offer a refund once the order has been processed. Please review your personalisation request carefully to make sure all personalisation requests are correct.
We have a size guide available for clothing to help you choose items which will be the best fit for you.  Please feel free to contact us  sales@shopviem.com prior to making an order to ensure you are confident with the size you will be ordering. 
  • BUT MY ITEM IS FAULTY, SO WHAT SHOULD I DO? 

If the item you have purchased is faulty, firstly we apologise, as we pride ourselves on quality. Please email us at sales@shopviem.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the fault. We will gladly issue you with an exchange or credit note, at our discretion.

Returns Policy
All items must be in their original packaging and unworn / unused to qualify for an exchange. Ensure items are adequately protected when returning as we cannot refund items that have been damaged as a result of poor packaging. The Item must be returned to us 14 days from the day you received it.

PLEASE ENSURE ADEQUATE (signed for) POSTAGE HAS BEEN PAID FOR YOUR RETURN TO ENSURE IT REACHES US in within the 14 day period. 
IN MOST CASES, OUR PACKAGES ARE LARGE LETTERS. PLEASE OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTAGE FOR YOUR RETURN

Returns are not pre-paid. Please contact us on  sales@shopviem.com so we can arrange the next steps. If we request that you return the item to us for inspection, please note that we cannot refund more than £2 for signed for delivery. Please do not return via special delivery as we cannot cover the cost for this.
