- BUT MY ITEM IS FAULTY, SO WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If the item you have purchased is faulty, firstly we apologise, as we pride ourselves on quality. Please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the fault. We will gladly issue you with an exchange or credit note, at our discretion.
All items must be in their original packaging and unworn / unused to qualify for an exchange. Ensure items are adequately protected when returning as we cannot refund items that have been damaged as a result of poor packaging. The Item must be returned to us 14 days from the day you received it.
PLEASE ENSURE ADEQUATE (signed for) POSTAGE HAS BEEN PAID FOR YOUR RETURN TO ENSURE IT REACHES US in within the 14 day period.
Returns are not pre-paid. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange the next steps. If we request that you return the item to us for inspection, please note that we cannot refund more than £2 for signed for delivery. Please do not return via special delivery as we cannot cover the cost for this.
