WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU OFFER?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and you can also pay via Paypal.
HOW MANY LETTERS CAN I HAVE MONOGRAMMED ON MY ITEM?
The most popular option is add initials which can be between 1 to 4 letters as standard, but this will differ with each product. Some of the smaller items in our collection will only allow 3 letters to be monogrammed and the larger items up to 8 letters. My advice is keep it to the essential letters.
CAN I RETURN SOMETHING IF I DON’T LIKE IT OR IF DOES NOT FIT?
Unfortunately all of our personalised products are made to order (with personal initials/ names) therefore we cannot offer a return once the order has been made.
MY ITEM IS FAULTY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Firstly, we are very sorry this happened. If the item you have purchased is faulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the fault. We will gladly issue you with an exchange or credit note, at our discretion.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEED MY ORDER URGENTLY?
As you know our products are made to order so we advise you to be willing to wait at least 2 weeks to receive them. I promise we will be shipping your products as soon as they are ready.
We work hard to provide you with your high quality personalised products as quickly as possible. If you do have an order which you require ASAP then please, get in touch with us and we will see how we can help you as we may have that item in stock ready to be sent to you.
Express shipping can be offered however there will be a small fee (postage) for this service.
I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A BIG ORDER FOR A WEDDING / Hen PARTY / EVENT ARE YOU ABLE TO HELP WITH THIS?
We welcome orders of all sizes and will always do our best to work with you to provide you with the products you need from our site. Please feel free to contact us at email@example.com prior to a large order to see how we can best assist you.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER WHAT DO I DO NOW?
In the unfortunate case that you do not receive your order (21 days after making your purchase) we ask that you contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org (using the email address you used upon purchase).You will need to provide us with a copy of your invoice and your order number so we can do our best to track your order for you. All orders will be dispatched as signed for which will help to track all items sent out for delivery.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Standard shipping is via Royal Mail Signed and should take 14-21 days to reach you from date of dispatch so we advise that you wait at least 21 days from the date of order unless you opted for express shipping, (which will have been authorised prior).
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed online. We will then set out to personalise your item/s as soon as we receive the order. You will also receive an email to inform you that your order has been dispatched. Please note during busy periods our items can take up to 28 days to be dispatched.
